Coritiba visit Internacional at the Beira-Rio in Porto Alegre on November 3, with five rounds remaining in the 2026 Brasileirão. The club are looking for a win to guarantee their place in the first division.

Ahead of the match, former player Ademir Alcântara discussed the fixture on Churras do GE with presenter Nadja Mauad. Alcântara played for both teams, helped Coritiba return to Série A in 1995 and ended his playing career with the Paraná club.

Alcântara said Coritiba have performed well away from home, despite a dip in form, and expressed confidence in the team. He also stressed that commitment and effort from the players are essential in the pursuit of results.

He is now one of those responsible for Coritiba’s DNA Alviverde project, which aims to value the club’s history and keep its pursuit of titles and winning spirit alive among the professional squad.
