Registration is open for four more stages of the Dente de Leite Futsal Festival. Teams from Mendes, Resende, Rio das Flores and Barra Mansa must register through their respective municipal sports departments by November 6.
The competition is open this season to boys and girls aged 6 to 9, with 2017 as the reference birth year. Children may represent only the city where they live.
Team representatives must submit a registration form completed and signed by the child’s guardians and the team representative, along with the documents required by the organizers. These include a legible copy of an identity card or a school statement, a birth certificate, a recent 3x4 photo, proof of residence, a medical certificate or a Par-Q form signed by the guardians, an image-use authorization and consent for the processing of personal data.
A school statement may replace the identity card. It must include the child’s name and date of birth, parents’ names, address and school year, as well as the principal’s signature and the school stamp on the child’s photo.

In Rio das Flores, registration is at Rua Eurico de Castro, 05, in the city center, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The contact number is (24) 99943-5417. Matches in Resende, Mendes and Rio das Flores are scheduled for November 14, while Barra Mansa’s games will take place the following day. Games begin at 9 a.m., and teams are asked to arrive by 8 a.m. The final gathering for the 31st festival is scheduled for December 12 at Arena UNIFAA in Valença.
