Porto Vitória has begun its preparations for the 2027 season, with the coaching staff reporting on Tuesday, November 3, to start planning. The club is the first in Espírito Santo football to begin work for the new campaign, and players are due to arrive on November 16.
Coach Rodrigo César will use the period before the squad reports to bring the staff together, coordinate training methods and plan the preseason. The group will also lay the foundations for a style of play suited to the players being recruited and those staying at the club.
César said he was pleased to have started early and to be aligning the club’s plans with his staff. He added that the preparations would help the group work toward a shared goal of achieving strong results for Porto Vitória.
The 2027 coaching staff includes César as head coach, Fábio Rangel and Igor Guerra as assistants, Luiz Andrade as fitness coach, Gean as assistant fitness coach, Erasmo Serafim as goalkeeper coach and Jean Cordeiro as performance analyst.
Porto Vitória is continuing to assemble its squad through signings, returning players and contract renewals. In 2027, the club will defend its Campeonato Capixaba title and compete in the Série D of the Brazilian Championship, the Copa do Brasil, the Copa Centro-Oeste and the Copa Espírito Santo.
