On Sunday afternoon, organized fan groups traveled to the Espaço Lonier, Botafogo's training facility in Rio de Janeiro, to press the club's leadership regarding their recent performance. The supporters met with head coach Tite and football director Léo Coelho at the entrance of the center. During the encounter, Tite posed for a photograph with members of one of the organized groups.
The visit comes as Botafogo faces a critical period in the 2026 season. Their difficult run was exacerbated by a 2-1 defeat against Remo last Wednesday. Following the conclusion of the 33rd round of matches, the team has dropped to 12th place with 39 points. Currently, only three points separate Botafogo from the relegation zone.
The club's next match is scheduled for Wednesday at 21:30 against Atlético-MG. The fixture will take place at the Nilton Santos stadium.
