West Ham fan, journalist and podcaster Sam Delaney also shares his perspective on the club.
The panel discusses Birmingham City and Stoke City as surprise performers, asking whether they can maintain their form. Derby County’s difficulties are also in focus after another heavy defeat. BBC Radio Derby’s Ed Dawes joins the podcast to discuss the team’s decline.
In League One, the episode covers Dave Challinor’s return to management at Sheffield Wednesday as the club seeks to move back into the second tier. The programme also features its 72PLUS 72MINUS segment on goalkeeping errors and more contributions from Ian Holloway.
